Experiential Therapy - 3 Day Workshop

Children learn early to adapt to their circumstances and trauma, creating distortions about themselves, others and the world. The distortions that helped us survive as children may be hurting us as adults. It has been said, “A picture can be worth a thousand words”. Experiential Therapy oers a safe stage on which we can allow our inner voice a place to speak, where distortions can be brought into focus, and new meaning and choices can enfold our human moments. Experiential methods i.e. sculpting, role playing, role reversal, mirroring, use of props and music will be demonstrated to show how to help access our innermost selves and create new, helpful perspectives.
